I’ve always enjoyed starting new habits and picking up new hobbies. I love to learn new things, and yet, like most people, I often find the grind of starting a new task really difficult to get past to where it’s a habit that I don’t have to think about.
How does one breakthrough through this and create a habit that sticks?
Start small and identify what is next, in detail!
I know it's not an attractive-sounding concept, and it's something you probably already know, but please let me explain why this will help you commit to your new habit because understanding ‘how’ this works can often be the thing that helps you push through the struggle.
